Example of pricing card:
- Consignor Number: four digits, example 1234 (number given when you register)
- Brand Name: Carters
- Item Description: Color, what the items is, example: white dress with pink flowers.
- A good description will help in finding your item on the rack if the tag becomes removed.
- Size: size 3m
- Donating your items is optional, a “D” will signify if you want your unsold item to be
given to charity after the sale, you can donate select items or all items to be donated.
- Unsold items that are marked for donation will be donated to Shelter House, Inc. Shelter House, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization serving the survivors of
domestic violence and their children throughout Okaloosa and Walton counties.
- Price: $5.00 (only price in $1.00 dollar increments)
- Discounting is optional: The second day of the sale is a reduced price day, so for those items
that are marked with the option will be sold at a reduced rate. To indicate that your items are
to be reduced on day two,
place a red R top left corner if you would like your item to be
reduced on the second day or leave blank for item not to be reduced.
- Items not reduced will
still be sold on the second day but will not be sold half price.
- Clothes must be hung on plastic or wire hangers with the hook pointing to the left and
and the tag on the right shoulder if you are facing it. An example picture is below. Adding your consignment number to a second item, such as masking tape and taping it
to the inside of the item will aid if an item loses it's card.
- All tags should be index cards or heavy stock paper. Standard paper tears too easily and
results in a large amount of lost + found items.
NOTE - Altered tags, or those with crossed out items, prices, etc. will NOT be accepted
at the time of sale and at the time of inspection.
