This form is required for every show and will help us determine the number of volunteers we can accept.

If you have lost or forgotten your consignment, just fill out the form again using the same
email address and you will receive a new email with your existing consignment number.

Rules and Regulations - You will receive 70% of the sale price of your item. - Consignors who do not follow the guidelines will no longer be able to consign with Cash In The Nursery. - Car seats are not accepted. - No socks or underwear - No stained or damaged clothing. - Tags must be clearly marked, not altered tags. - $10 Consignment fee will be deducted from sales. - Allow two weeks for processing of payment. - Cash in the Nursery is not responsible for lost or stolen items. - Items not picked up on time will be donated.
